CCA FAIR PREPARATION & ACTUAL DAY

3rd January 2014

Time: All boys are to meet at 1pm (after lunch)

Targeted time to end: 2pm

Venue: Meet at Canteen

We will be putting up the banners, posters and shifting the tables for CCA Fair. There will also be a briefing for those not around during Recruitment Training.

Do inform your CCA Fair i/c Ee Zher if you are not able to come.

Venue: BB room, Shuqun Secondary School

Attire: Full Uniform

Things to bring: Clipboard, writing materials, water bottle

0815 Squad Fall-in

0830 Muster Parade

0845 Setting up of Booth

0915 Briefing (Booth to be ready)

0945 CCA Fair (Parents will join their Child at 1030)

1130 Clean up

1200 Distribution of Contacts/Debrief

1225 Squad Time

1235 Dismissal
