First Aid Camp

Date: 5-6 July 2013*

Venue: Jurong Christian Church

Report to church on 5 July at 6.15pm.

Camp ends on 6 July at 6pm.

Fall in Attire: PT kit with name tag and field rank.

Things to bring:

1)    School Tee/BB shirt x 2

2)    School PE shorts or black/dark blue shorts x 2

3)    Socks x 1 pair

4)    Undergarments x 2

5)    Towel x 1

6)    Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc)

7)    Sleeping bag

8)    Fork & Spoon

9)    Mug (able to hold hot drinks) x 1

10)                       Water bottle

11)                       Plastic bags for dirty clothing

12)                       Slippers x 1 pair (for showering)

13)                       Writing materials

14)                       CE notes

15)                       First Aid / Three month Consent form

Do not bring any entertainment electronic gadget like PSP, any handheld games, MP3 player, lots of cash, etc.
