1. $10 for meals and consent form

6. Sleeping Bag
7. 3 sets of PT Kit
8. Slipper (To be worn during/after shower)
9. Polishing kit (e.g. brasso, kiwi)
10. Fork and spoon
11. Two sets of undergarment
12. Shoes with white socks
